Return Policy
Times Houseware & Gifts does not issue Refunds. However we do issue store credits and allow
for exchange of items with 14 days of receipt.
All claims of broken or wrong items must be made
within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.
In the event that something is broken, please keep all pieces and the large
carton all your items were sent in. We will replace the items that were broken,
or the complete set if neccessary. Please keep all pieces in the event that
someone may ask to examine the broken items.
We do issue Exchanges on any items.You
may contact us within 14 days of receipt of order and request that the item be
EXCHANGED for any item(s) equaling the value of the merchandise or you may
request a credit note that is valid for 1 year from date of issue. In the event that you wish to return and
exchange the item that you were not satisfied with, please contact us within 14
days. You must send back the item; please make sure to pack it well so that it
does not break during transit. Once we receive your item back, as long as it is
in the same condition it was sent to you, we will exchage or issue a credit
note in your name for the item amount + taxes if applicable. If we receive your
item broken, or not in a condition where we can re-sell it, we will issue you a
percentage of the refund. There is no re-stocking fee. We cannot refund you for
any of the shipping fees. In the event that shipping fees were free, you will be responsible for these costs as
well. These cost will be deducted from
your credit issue or your exchange limit.
Shipping and or gift wrapping charges cannot be returned.
